Santala Devi Temple is a temple dedicated to Godess, on the hill top, after two km trek. The temple is 12 km from Clock Tower in DehraDun. The temple is located in Jhariwala area of DehraDun and on the banks of river Nun.
There is motorable road to the temple except for the last two kilometre, which must be travelled by foot on trek. The temple is located on the hill top. Another popular temple Tapkeshwar Mahadev Temple is located close to Santala Devi Temple.
Earlier, there used to be daily animal sacrifice performed at the temple. The animal sacrifice ritual is stopped and is not performed any more.
Inside the temple, there are idols of Santala Devi and her brother.
