The temple is one of the sidhh peeth of Hanumanji. The temple is famous to get rid of black evil from someone and to get divine blessings of Hanumanji. In the year 2003, first time on Hanuman Jayanti a huge celebration was organized. Thereafter, every year on Hanuman Jayanti, huge bhandara (mass feeding) and pooja is organized by temple samiti.
