About the founder of Sadhna Mandir Ashram: Swami Rama:
Swami Rama was born in year 1925 in Uttar Pradesh. Since his childhood, he practiced the various disciplines of yoga science. Swami Rama got his education from premium institutes in Varanasi and Oxford University in England. At the age of just 24 years Swami Rama was awarded the prestigious title of Shankaracharya. In the year 1952, Swami Rama decided to return to Himalayas for intense meditation in sealed cave of 6ft by 4ft. When he came out of meditation, he was determined to serve the humanity.
