Each floor of Bharat Mandir is dedicated to different God and Goddess. From the eighth floor, temple offers beautiful view of river Ganga. As the name suggests, the temple is dedicated to mother India and hence the tourists can find the idols of freedom fighters
The tourists can go up to eighth floor by either staircase or by elevtor lift. The temple opens for just twelve hours from 8 AM to 8 PM.
There is a small ticket window for using lifts, to avoid misuse of lifts, although the charges for the usage of lift is minimal. The lift facility is only one way and for getting down, one has to use stairs.
The temple is a must visit for patriotic visitors and other temples which are close to Bharat Mata Mandir are – Laldevi Mandir and Vaishnao Devi Mandir.
Each Floor of Bharat Mata Mandir is dedicated to different theme.
First Floor : First floor is dedicated to Mother India and has the statue of India.
Second Floor : The second floor 'Shoor Mandir' is dedicated the freedom fighters who gave their lives in the freedom fight of India.
Third Floor :The third floor 'Matru Mandir' is dedicated to great Indian women like Savitri,
Fourth Floor : The fourth floor is dedicated to the famous saints of India from all the religions.
Fifth Floor : The Assembly Hall with walls depicting India's unity in diversity
Sixth Floor : The various forms of the Shakti (Energy) Goddess
Seventh Floor : The seventh floor is for different incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
Eighth Floor : The uppermost floor is for Lord Shiva
